Overall a good product. Received in good condition and packed pretty well. The Instructions were in the very bottom of the box. They were not very clear but a little common sense and it's a breeze had it assembled in about 15 minutes. I was even able to load my dual sport on my jeep with a swing away tire carrier obviously not able to swing with the bike loaded but my spare is a 35x12.50. Loaded the pegs just touched the tire but not enough to cause any problems. The only issue I have is with the ramp. It kicks out when I get the front tire loaded but I'm almost sure it is due to suspension squat not the product. Also the jeep is lifted 6.5 inches and the ramp is just long enough that I didn't need to extend it but it was really steep. A little longer ramp wouldn't hurt if you have a taller vehicle.
